Eurovia builds the first light-rail line in Brest
In March 2010, Eurovia Bretagne launched the project to build the first light-rail line for Brest Métropole Océane. The project will be carried out entirely by a consortium that brings together the divisions of Eurovia Bretagne associated with ETF-Eurovia Travaux Ferroviaires and two local companies. Works include: roadwork, civil engineering, urban development, rail lines and related infrastructure. The first light-rail line, which will enter into service in mid 2012, will include 27 stations. At 14.3 km in length, the rail line will cross the city from east to west, linking major residential and business areas.
