Eurovia and ETF-Eurovia Travaux Ferroviaires recently signed three contracts in a row to construct platforms and lay tramlines for a total 22 km of lines. The contracts are a good illustration of how complementary the activities are within Eurovia, enabling it to provide local communities with a global offering that uses nearby networks of work agencies and ETF’s tramway expertise.
These three contracts include the construction of a tramway in Besançon, Eastern Sector, the northern extension of lines A, B and C of the tramway in Bordeaux, and the extension of Line E of the tramway in Toulouse.
Eurovia and ETF have been working on the main tramway sites in France for the past 30 years, laying down more than 500 kilometres of track, along with installing the associated overhead wires and urban planning. Currently, the teams are working on tramway sites in Brest, Dijon, Le Havre, Lyons and Paris.
ETF-Eurovia Travaux Ferroviaires is a global benchmark and player in the construction and maintenance of railway facilities in the national rail networks and urban transportation networks. Its complementary technical expertise covers the rail industry, rail engineering and catenary.
