ETF-Eurovia Travaux Ferroviaires will be building the LGV Est
ETF-Eurovia TravauxFerroviaires signed a contract on 20 October 2011 with Réseau Ferré de France (RFF), the French rail track
manager and Owner of the LGV Est high-speed line, to build 212 kilometres of track between Metz and Strasbourg as part of the
second phase of this Europe-wide project.

Acquisition of Carmacks
Following the approval of the Canadian competition authorities, Eurovia, a subsidiary of the VINCI Group, has acquired Carmacks,
a group of companies based in Edmonton, Alberta.
Carmacks delivers highway construction and maintenance works but also operates and maintains road infrastructure under longterm
contracts in Edmonton and Calgary. Traditionally active with local public authorities, the group has also developed a portfolio
of private sector clients.

Eurovia is awarded five roadway service contracts in the United Kingdom
In recent months, Eurovia, a subsidiary of VINCI, was awarded five contracts in the United Kingdom to provide road-maintenance
services in the English counties of North Yorkshire, Shropshire, Cheshire West and Chester City, Cheshire East, and Essex. The latter
two contacts are joint ventures with the U.S.-based firm, Jacobs.
