Recycan® is a process that converts materials excavated from trenches into self-placing slurry in-situ; the slurry is then used to backfill the trenches from which the materials were taken. Recycan® combines the advantages of a self-compacting process, reducing trench width and providing homogeneous coating, with those of in-situ recycling. It reduces worksite transport and disruption to the surrounding community.
