Redevelopment at Zac Ampère in Massy
Eurovia has just completed a major, multi-phase, two-and-a-half-year project.
The project, carried out for Semmassy, is part of a major scheme to upgrade and integrate a declining activity centre within an urban fabric in the city centre that combines office space, housing, stores, and services and equipment.
The division was mandated to develop 2 new malls and 7 streets and redevelop 2 carriageways that have been re-routed.
Work included drainage, utilities, and the development of roads and footpaths.
Teams were able to adapt to demanding scheduling requirements and the many constraints associated with concurrent activities at adjacent building sites and the comings and goings of residents in the buildings that have been completed and delivered.
