Every year, Eurovia recruits over 1,500 new employees in France and in its international subsidiaries. Considering that its human capital is its primary asset, Eurovia has set up a comprehensive career management policy to support its people in developing their talents.
Following an orientation phase in which the company, its values and its health and safety policy are presented, induction includes the appointment of a mentor who supports the new employee in taking up his or her new job and going through the formal interviews to establish a dialogue with the people he or she reports to. During their first years with the company the new employee follows a comprehensive training programme tailored to his or her position. This induction and training policy enables employees to rapidly attain positions of responsibility.
Throughout their careers, Eurovia employees are tracked by their supervisors, who set their objectives, take their requests for personal development on board and foster their promotion so as to enable them to follow a stimulating career path. Finally, Eurovia promotes in-house mobility and develops opportunities for people to move between different jobs and different countries.

Orientation, induction, training, career tracking and mobility are policies set up to support employees and enable them to achieve fulfilment and build their careers at Eurovia
