The VINCI Manifest
Eurovia supports anti-discrimination principles set out in the VINCI Manifest, published in 2012, and asserts its support for:
- Hiring more women
- Providing employment opportunities to people with disability
- Welcoming people from an immigrant background
- Foster seniors’ expertise (particularly as part of tutorship opportunities for new employees)
Eurovia has identified two priority development orientations: recruitment of more women at worksites and integration of people with disability in all types of employment positions.
As Eurovia operates in an industry that has traditionally welcomed people from immigrant backgrounds, the Company is committed to fostering diversity among operational and management personnel.
